Dominic Regan is a Solicitor (non-practising) and a visiting Professor at City Law School, London.

His specialty is Civil Litigation Procedure. He is a columnist at the ‘ New Law Journal’, writes a column for every edition of ‘ Litigation Funding’ and is Special Adviser to the Association of Costs Lawyers.

He assisted Lord Justice Jackson on various aspects of costs reform starting in July 2009 and continuing until Sir Rupert retired in 2018. The final part of those reforms, the extension of fixed costs, takes effect on 1st October this year.

Dominic addresses thousands of lawyers each year and indeed a full house of 300 District Judges at their annual conference in March this year.
